NATALY TARANOVA

With nearly two decades of experience in M&A, Nataly began her career at UBS AG and Greentech Capital Advisors AG in Zurich and New York. Since 2013, she has successfully led her own independent M&A advisory, originating and executing transactions across diverse industries, including information services, technology, cyber security, climate tech and sustainability, media intelligence, innovative business models, and fintech in Switzerland and Europe.

Nataly holds a strong academic foundation with degrees from the University of St. Gallen (HSG), IMD (Lausanne), Erasmus University of Rotterdam, and Université de Neuchâtel, which underpin her entrepreneurial and advisory expertise.

  • Corporate finance / M&A: several billions of transaction volumes across a broad range of industries

  • Strategy & business development: developed business models & value creation strategies for >50 SMEs and start-ups

  • Fundraising: supported multiple companies with the whole fundraising process from building a strong business case and financial model to contacting and negotiating with potential financial and strategic investors 

  • Digitalization & business innovation/entrepreneurship: led own digital marketing company (abricoz.com), developed innovation/ digitalization strategies for 30 SMEs

  • Team leadership: built up and led an international team of 12 employees
