EXIT ADVISORY

Be valued for what you built, not just last year's numbers.

Exit advisory for founders and shareholders of Swiss technology companies.

The financials rarely show what the business is actually worth. I build the case that does.

Who it is for

Founders and shareholders of Swiss technology companies considering a sale, partial exit, strategic investor or pre-exit preparation in the next 12 to 24 months.

TYPICAL FIT

  • A business with real strategic relevance, not a generic auction story
  • Clear product, IP, data or market-position advantages
  • A management team that wants senior, hands-on advisory

Most of the value in an exit is decided before the first buyer conversation, not at the negotiating table.

Where value gets lost

The wrong valuation category

You are benchmarked against lower value comparables, even though the business has recurring revenue, stronger defensibility or proprietary data.

Strategic value is not translated

Buyers see current numbers, but not the product depth, customer quality, IP, growth potential or strategic relevance.

The process starts before the case is ready

If the buyer universe and the story are not built first, the first offer that arrives becomes the reference point instead of one option among several.

HOW I WORK

A focused, personally led process from understanding the business to closing the transaction.

  1. 01Build the buyer case

I identify what makes the company genuinely valuable, sharpen the positioning and build the evidence buyers need to believe the case.

  2. 02Build the right process

I define the strategic buyer universe, timing, materials and outreach sequence so the company goes to market from a position of strength.

  3. 03Lead it through closing

I lead buyer discussions, negotiations, due diligence and closing, bringing in senior specialists where the transaction calls for them, while keeping management focused on running the business.
